ed="T"/>群臣：‘云何令我名事不灭？’时有臣言：‘唯有二 <lb n="0900a18" ed="T"/>事。何等为二？犹如先王造八万四千塔，捨倾 <lb n="0900a19" ed="T"/>国物供养三宝。此其一也。若其不尔，便应反 <lb n="0900a20" ed="T"/>之，毁塔灭法，残害息心四众。此其二也。名虽 <lb n="0900a21" n="0900a26" ed="T"/>比丘尼、沙弥、沙弥尼、式叉摩尼，出家、出家尼一 <lb n="0900a27" ed="T"/>切集会。问曰：‘壞塔好不？壞房好不？’佥曰：‘愿 <lb n="0900a28" ed="T"/>皆勿壞。如不得已，壞房可耳。’王大忿厉曰：‘云 <lb n="0900a29" ed="T"/>何不可？’因遂害之无问少长，血流成川；壞诸 <pb n="0900b" ed="T"/>我经律多立台馆，为求学来难。</p> <lb n="0900b20" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0900b2001">“时有一长老比丘，好于名闻亟立诤论，抄治 <lb n="0900b21" ed="T"/>我律，开张增廣迦葉所结，名曰大众律，外採 <lb n="0900b22" ed="T"/>综所遗，<anchor n="0900b28" ed="T"/>上座，从上座为名，为他俾罗也。他俾罗部，我 <lb n="0900b29" ed="T"/>去世时三百年中，因于诤故，复起萨婆多部 <pb n="0900c" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1465.0900c"/> <lb n="0900c01" ed="T"/>及犊子部。于犊子部，复生昙摩尉多别迦部、 <lb n="0900c02" type="person">摩诃提婆</name>部、质多罗部、末多利部。如是 <lb n="0900c11" ed="T"/>众多，久後流传，若是若非。唯馀五部各擧所 <lb n="0900c12" ed="T"/>长，名其服色。摩诃僧祇部，勤学众经宣讲真 <lb n="0900c13" ed="T"/>義，以处本居中，应著黄衣。昙无屈多迦部，通 <lb n="0900c14" ed="T"/>互而著，便大得食。何以故？是其前世执性多 <lb n="0900c20" ed="T"/>悭，见沙门来急闭门户云：‘大人不在。’见他布 <lb n="0900c21" ed="T"/>施，欢喜摄念，发心愿作沙门。是故今身虽得 <lb n="0900c22" ed="T"/>出家，穷弊如此。我法出家，纯服敝帛及死人 <lb n="0900c23" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“听著染色，置在 <lb n="0901a04" ed="T"/>衣裡耳。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901a0404" cb:place="inline">舍利弗言：“云何<persName>世尊</persName>常言诸比丘不 <lb n="0901a05" ed="T"/>得以钵佈地，当擎以净物。若无净物，当以草 <lb n="0901a06" ed="T"/>葉木葉。君输柯比丘，与其眷属受日难王请， <lb n="0901a07" ed="T"/>行净板擎钵。云何<persName>世尊</persName>而骂之，言：‘是恶魔行、 <lb n="0901a08" ed="T"/>非行法者。’”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901a0805" cb:place="inline">“我言，以淸净物，不受染。若净无者， <lb n="0901a09" ed="T"/>乃用草木之葉，一用即弃。不得用木皮木肉， <lb n="0901a10" ed="T"/>以其体中本有胶故。若胶若漆，以受尘故。若 <lb n="0901a11" ed="T"/>已枯燥，本是有故，湿热更流故。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901a1113" cb:place="inline">舍利弗白<persName>佛</persName> <lb n="0901a12" ed="T"/>言：“<persName>世尊</persName>云何听诸比丘受施主请食及僧家 <lb n="0901a13" ed="T"/>常食；云何兰若提比丘受无畏长者请食，如 <lb n="0901a14" ed="T"/>来骂云：‘是土木人。不应食人食也。’”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901a1414" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“以破 <lb n="0901a15" ed="T"/>壞威仪。行食之时，但以眼视、不以手受。外道 <lb n="0901a16" ed="T"/>梵志尙知受取，况我弟子而不受食？何况于 <lb n="0901a17" ed="T"/>食，一切诸物不得不受，唯除生宝及施女人。 <lb n="0901a18" ed="T"/>若作法者，犹应授与体上之衣。若贮金器，受 <lb n="0901a19" ed="T"/>则<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901001" n="0901001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901001" n="0901001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901001" n="0901001"/>判<anchor xml:id="end0901001"/>施。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901a1904" cb:place="inline">舍利弗白<persName>佛</persName>言：“云何<persName>世尊</persName>说遮道 <lb ed="T"/>取。’答曰：‘我所需药是违毘尼，故我不觅，以至 <lb n="0901a25" ed="T"/>于此。寧尽身命无容犯律。’优波離言：‘汝药是 <lb n="0901a26" ed="T"/>何？’答曰：‘师言须酒五升。’优波離曰：‘若为病开， <lb n="0901a27" ed="T"/><persName>如来</persName>所许。’为乞得酒，服已消瘥。差已怀惭，犹 xml:id="beg0901008" n="0901008"/>令<anchor xml:id="end0901008"/>堕负处，其生惭羞投水自尽。眼视沉没而 <lb n="0901b06" ed="T"/>不拯救，不亦杀乎？方复告众言：‘输丽持此恶 <lb n="0901b07" ed="T"/>法惑乱众生，前世善熟灭此恶身转生善见， <lb n="0901b08" ed="T"/>不亦快乎。我诸弟子当于此日设淸净浴<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901009" n="0901009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901009" n="0901009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901009" n="0901009"/>洗<anchor xml:id="end0901009"/>， <lb n="0901b09" ed="T"/>浣身垢念除倒见身，若淸净心亦淸净。’似结 <lb n="0901b10" ed="T"/>使人，无有慈悲。”<persName>佛</persName>言：“大智！汝能为诸未通达 <lb n="0901b11" ed="T"/>者问斯诚要。输丽外道于无量世中积习邪 <lb n="0901b12" ed="T"/>见，誓障正法。往昔灯明<persName>佛</persName>时，我行菩萨道。 <lb n="0901b13" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901010" n="0901010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901010" n="0901010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901010" n="0901010"/>遇<anchor xml:id="end0901010"/>一村落，人多疠病，死者纵横。我採众药 <lb n="0901b14" ed="T"/>随宜救济，皆得除愈。其中一人名曰不戴<note place="inline">吴音</note>， <lb n="0901b15" ed="T"/>是梵志学，自负多能，不肯信服，临欲终时方 <lb n="0901b16" ed="T"/>复求我。我语之云：‘汝先可治，与药不取；今将 <lb n="0901b17" ed="T"/>气尽，方复有求，如汝即时非药能治。’不戴曰： <lb n="0901b18" ed="T"/>‘我今不能复判优劣，愿未来世共决勝负。我 <lb n="0901b19" ed="T"/>若负者当杀身，求生为汝弟子。汝若不如，为 <lb n="0901b20" ed="T"/>我走使。’时我报云：‘善哉善哉！’故今生此土与 <lb n="0901b21" ed="T"/>我相値，临终善熟共契所会。发言失據耻其 <lb n="0901b22" ed="T"/>眷属，投水自害。身虽死亡，心发善故，生我法 <lb n="0901b23" ed="T"/>中，有勝进故我不救也。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901b2310" cb:place="inline">舍利弗言：“云何于训 <lb n="0901b24" ed="T"/>戒中，令弟子偏袒右肩。又为迦葉村人说城 <lb n="0901b25" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901011" n="0901011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901011" n="0901011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901011" n="0901011"/>喩<anchor xml:id="end0901011"/>经云：‘我诸弟子当正披袈裟，俱覆两肩勿 <lb n="0901b26" ed="T"/>露肌肉，使上下齐平现福田相，行步详序。’又 <lb n="0901b27" ed="T"/>言：‘勿现胸臆。’于此二言，云何奉持？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901b2714" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“修 <lb n="0901b28" ed="T"/>供养时应须偏袒，以便作事。作福田时应覆 <lb n="0901b29" ed="T"/>两肩，现田文相。云何修供养？如见<persName>佛</persName>时、问讯 <pb n="0901c" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1465.0901c"/> <lb n="0901c01" ed="T"/>师僧时，应随事相，若拂床、若扫地、若卷衣 <lb n="0901c02" ed="T"/>裳、若周正荐席、若泥地作华、若<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901012" n="0901012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901012" n="0901012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901012" n="0901012"/>揵<anchor xml:id="end0901012"/>高足下、 <lb n="0901c03" ed="T"/>若洒若移种种供养。云何作福田时？国王请 <lb n="0901c04" ed="T"/>食、入里乞食、坐禅诵经巡行树下，人见端严 <lb n="0901c05" ed="T"/>有可观也。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901c0505" cb:place="inline">舍利弗复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“<persName>世尊</persName>！八部鬼神 <lb n="0901c06" ed="T"/>以何因缘生于恶道而常闻正法？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901c0614" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“以二 <lb n="0901c07" ed="T"/>种业：一以恶故生于恶道，二以善故多受快 <lb n="0901c08" ed="T"/>乐。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901c0802" cb:place="inline">又问：“善恶二异，可得同耶？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0901c0812" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“亦可得 <lb n="0901c09" ed="T"/>耳。是以八部鬼神皆曰人非人也。天神者，其 <lb n="0901c10" ed="T"/>之先身，以车舆、舍宅、饮食，供养三宝、父母、贤 <lb n="0901c11" ed="T"/>勝之人，犹怀悭俭谄嫉妒者，故受天神身，如 <lb n="0901c12" ed="T"/>普光、净勝天神等。虚空龙神者，修建德本，廣 <lb n="0901c13" ed="T"/>行檀波罗<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901013" n="0901013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901013" n="0901013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901013" n="0901013"/>蜜<anchor xml:id="end0901013"/>，不依正念，急性好嗔，故受人 <lb n="0901c14" ed="T"/>非人身，如摩尼光龙王等。夜叉神者，好大布 <lb n="0901c15" ed="T"/>施，或先损害、後加饶益，随功勝负，故在天上 <lb n="0901c16" ed="T"/>空中地下。犍闼婆者，前生亦少嗔恚，常好布 <lb n="0901c17" ed="T"/>施，以靑莲自严、作众伎乐，今为此神，常为诸 <lb n="0901c18" ed="T"/>天奏诸伎乐。阿修罗神者，志强，不随善友所 <lb n="0901c19" ed="T"/>作净福，好逐<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901014" n="0901014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901014" n="0901014"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901014" n="0901014"/>幻<anchor xml:id="end0901014"/>伪之人作诸邪福，傍于邪 <lb n="0901c20" ed="T"/>师，甚好佈施，又乐观他鬥讼，故受今身。迦娄 <lb n="0901c21" ed="T"/>罗神者，先修大捨，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901015" n="0901015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901015" n="0901015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901015" n="0901015"/>常<anchor xml:id="end0901015"/>有高心以<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0901016" n="0901016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0901016" n="0901016"/><anchor xml:id="beg0901016" n="0901016"/>倰<anchor xml:id="end0901016"/>于物，故 <lb n="0901c22" ed="T"/>受今身。紧那罗神者，昔好劝人发菩提心，未 <lb n="0901c23" ed="T"/>正其志，逐诸邪行，故得今身。摩睺罗伽神者， <lb n="0901c24" ed="T"/>佈施护法，性好嗔恚，故受今身。人非人等，皆 <lb n="0901c25" ed="T"/>由依附邪师、行谄恶道，以邪乱正俱谓是道， <lb n="0901c26" ed="T"/>以自建立。夫出世道者，不杂魔邪谄悦之语； <lb n="0901c27" ed="T"/>谄悦之语非出生死，是入恶道。谄悦邪人所 <lb n="0901c28" ed="T"/>可言说，大观似道、细则睒铄。当依正法及行 <lb n="0901c29" ed="T"/>正法者，当得<persName>佛</persName>法僧力解脱无为。若依相似 <pb n="0902a" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1465.0902a"/> <lb n="0902a01" ed="T"/>法、依行邪导师，繫缚生死永沦恶趣。是无知 <lb n="0902a02" ed="T"/>人，非求出世，入邪见网。邪导师者，虽读众经， <lb n="0902a03" ed="T"/>以邪事业矫制邪科，出邪谄法诳惑凡人，以 <lb n="0902a04" ed="T"/>求敬仰，非人所知说云：‘我知。’非人所得说云： <lb n="0902a05" ed="T"/>‘我得。’或人难曰：‘那知？那得？’答曰：‘空界天神幽 <lb n="0902a06" ed="T"/>中知识密以语我。’或云：‘某年某月有利有害， <lb n="0902a07" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902001" n="0902001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902001" n="0902001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902001" n="0902001"/>逆<anchor xml:id="end0902001"/>相开示，应防应救。此灭彼兴、我得汝失。’如 <lb n="0902a08" ed="T"/>是欺诳。薄俗之人，不能深思德本，随逐邪<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902002" n="0902002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902002" n="0902002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902002" n="0902002"/>末<anchor xml:id="end0902002"/> <lb n="0902a09" ed="T"/>失其正见，兴造邪业，生<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902003" n="0902003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902003" n="0902003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902003" n="0902003"/>顾<anchor xml:id="end0902003"/>钱帛、死入恶道：拔 <lb n="0902a10" ed="T"/>舌吞铜百千万岁；後作畜牲亦无量岁；复生 <lb n="0902a11" ed="T"/>为鬼，或在山林旷野河海舍宅，益怀谄诳无 <lb n="0902a12" ed="T"/>有休息，或迷谤行人使失道径，或示语邪巫 <lb n="0902a13" ed="T"/>言，先亡形服恐动百端、甚可恶贱求人饮食， <lb n="0902a14" ed="T"/>无有终极。値我弟子心怀正直不失正念者， <lb n="0902a15" ed="T"/>闻即诃叱，终敢复为。若我弟子心怀怯弱易 <lb n="0902a16" ed="T"/>失心者，从其求免，逾得其便，千端万緖求索 <lb n="0902a17" ed="T"/>无厌。如是之人无丈夫相，为邪所动，死堕恶 <lb n="0902a18" ed="T"/>趣，甚可悲念。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902a1806" cb:place="inline">舍利弗复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“八部鬼神，依 <lb n="0902a19" ed="T"/>空为空神、依地为地神耶？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902a1911" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“别有地神，如 <lb n="0902a20" ed="T"/>净华光等。过去世时好修佈施，多嗔难满、嗜 <lb n="0902a21" ed="T"/>酒喜歌舞，故作此神，著纯白之衣，洁净无垢。”</p> <lb n="0902a22" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0902a2201">舍利弗复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“云何<persName>如来</persName>告天帝释及四 <lb n="0902a23" ed="T"/>天大王云：‘我不久灭度。汝等各于方土护持 <lb n="0902a24" ed="T"/>我法。我去世後，<name role="" type="person">摩诃迦葉</name>、<name role="" type="person">宾头卢</name>、君徒般歎、 <lb n="0902a25" ed="T"/>罗睺罗，四大比丘住不泥洹，流通我法。’”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902a2516" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言： <lb n="0902a26" ed="T"/>“但像教之时信根微薄，虽发信心不能坚固， <lb n="0902a27" ed="T"/>不能感致诸<persName>佛</persName>弟子。虽专到纍年，不如<persName>佛</persName>在 <lb n="0902a28" ed="T"/>世时一念之善，其极慊至无复二向。汝为证 <lb n="0902a29" ed="T"/>信，随事厚薄为现<persName>佛</persName>像僧像，若空中言、若 <pb n="0902b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1465.0902b"/> <lb n="0902b01" ed="T"/>作光明乃至梦想，令其坚固，弥勒下生听汝 <lb n="0902b02" ed="T"/>泥洹。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b0203" cb:place="inline">舍利弗复白<persName>佛</persName>言：“<persName>如来</persName>现世二十年前， <lb n="0902b03" ed="T"/>度诸弟子，无有常施，随有便施。自二十年後， <lb n="0902b04" ed="T"/>施多定物。是義云何？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b0409" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“有长者子名曰分 <lb n="0902b05" ed="T"/>若多罗，宿有善根，生婆罗门家，乐欲捨家修 <lb n="0902b06" ed="T"/>无上道。随大目<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902004" n="0902004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902004" n="0902004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902004" n="0902004"/>犍<anchor xml:id="end0902004"/>连，于<name role="" type="person">巴连弗</name>邑天王精舍 <lb n="0902b07" ed="T"/>求受具戒。目连语云：‘汝可七日七夜悔汝先 <lb n="0902b08" ed="T"/>罪皆使淸净。无诸妨障者，我当为汝从僧中 <lb n="0902b09" ed="T"/>乞。’分若多罗言：‘云何得知妨障已灭？云何得 <lb n="0902b10" ed="T"/>知我受得戒？仰愿诸<persName>佛</persName>加我威神，令我罪灭 <lb n="0902b11" ed="T"/>得见得戒之相。’<persName>佛</persName><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902005" n="0902005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902005" n="0902005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902005" n="0902005"/>言<anchor xml:id="end0902005"/>：‘汝但勤诚，诚至自见。’ <lb n="0902b12" ed="T"/>分若白<persName>佛</persName>：‘谨奉尊教。’恳恻日夜到第五夕，于 <lb n="0902b13" ed="T"/>其室中雨种种物，若巾若帊、若拂若<g ref="#CB00416">帚</g>、若刀若 <lb n="0902b14" ed="T"/>斧、若锥若铲，次第分别堕其目前。分若多罗 <lb n="0902b15" ed="T"/>生欢喜心、生得果心。满七日已，具白目连。目 <lb n="0902b16" ed="T"/>连问我，我语之曰：‘是離尘相拂割之物也。当 <lb n="0902b17" ed="T"/>以嚫师，师其缘也。’夫受戒者，随其力办可以 <lb n="0902b18" ed="T"/>为施，不限于此、不必备此。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b1811" cb:place="inline">舍利弗复白<persName>佛</persName>言： <lb n="0902b19" ed="T"/>“<persName>世尊</persName>！有诸檀越造僧伽蓝厚置资给供，来世 <lb n="0902b20" ed="T"/>僧有似出家僧，非时就典食僧索食而食。与 <lb n="0902b21" ed="T"/>者、食者得何等罪？其本檀越得何等福？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b2116" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言： <lb n="0902b22" ed="T"/>“非时食者，是破戒人、是犯盗人。非时与者，亦 <lb n="0902b23" ed="T"/>破戒人，亦犯盗人，盗檀越物是不与取。非施 <lb n="0902b24" ed="T"/>主意，施主无福。以失物故，犹有发心置立之 <lb n="0902b25" ed="T"/>善。”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b2502" cb:place="inline">舍利弗言：“时受时食，食不尽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902006" n="0902006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902006" n="0902006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902006" n="0902006"/>者<anchor xml:id="end0902006"/>非时复 <lb n="0902b26" ed="T"/>食；或有时受、至非时食。复得福不？”</p><p xml:id="pT24p0902b2614" cb:place="inline"><persName>佛</persName>言：“时食 <lb n="0902b27" ed="T"/>净者，是即福田、是即出家、是即僧伽、是即天 <lb n="0902b28" ed="T"/>人良友、是即天人导师。其不净者，犹为破戒， <lb n="0902b29" ed="T"/>是大劫盗，是即饿鬼、为罪窟宅。非时索者，以 <pb n="0902c" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1465.0902c"/> <lb n="0902c01" ed="T"/>时非时非时辄与。是典食者，是名退道、是名 <lb n="0902c02" ed="T"/>恶魔、是名三恶道、是名破器、是癞病人，壞善 <lb n="0902c03" ed="T"/>果故，偷乞自活。是故诸婆罗门不非时食，外 <lb n="0902c04" ed="T"/>道梵志亦不邪<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0902007" n="0902007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0902007" n="0902007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0902007" n="0902007"/>食<anchor xml:id="end0902007"/>，况我弟子知法行法而当 <lb n="0902c05" ed="T"/>尔耶？凡如此者，非我弟子，是盗我法利著无 <lb n="0902c06" ed="T"/>法人。盗名盗食，非法之人。盗与、盗受一团一 <lb n="0902c07" ed="T"/>撮片盐片醋，死堕焦肠地狱，吞热铁丸。从地 <lb n="0902c08" ed="T"/>狱出生猪狗中，食诸不净。又生恶鸟，人怪其 <lb n="0902c09" ed="T"/>声。後生饿鬼，还伽蓝中处，都圊内啖食粪秽， <lb n="0902c10"
